Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from AEKYEM. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept eligible returns for a refund.

Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure your item qualifies for a return, please review the following requirements:

1. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. All items must include original brand tags, packaging, box, and/or dust bag where applicable.

3. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
