Shipping Times
Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare it for shipment — please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region and chosen delivery speed.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope you adore your Aekyem pieces. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you.
Return Window
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags intact.
Carefully packaged so pieces arrive back to us in perfect condition.
How to Return

Pack your item securely.
Send it back using your preferred shipping carrier.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or piece, simply let us know — we’ll take care of you.
